		<description>Have you used the CommentLuv plugin?  You can see it implemented on my blog.  I&#039;m a big fan - it highlights a particular (recent) blog post from the commenter&#039;s blog.  I&#039;m stumbled across some good blogs that way.

I just switch to No Follow yesterday to see if it helps my SEO at all (there is some thought that the Do Follow links bleed off some of the Google juice.  It it doesn&#039;t seem to have measureable impact, I&#039;ll switch back to Do Follow (which I&#039;ve been for about a year)</description>
