The other day, after a vicious jujitsu rolling session at the gym, I noticed some pain coming from the side of the knee on the inner side of my leg. After some research, I found out that I had sustained a medial collateral ligament injury. Fortunately, my sprain appears only light, and I should be back at the gym in a short amount of time.
